SJMT is thrilled to have adopted the Together with Tenants Charter. This new national charter sets out in clear terms what residents can and should expect from their landlord and has the aim of improving relationships between landlords and residents. In May, our own Residents Forum worked through the Charter and agreed the things we have already achieved and what we should priorities this year.
