Young Person's Development Manager

Hours: 35 hours per week

Salary: £25,840 to £28,000 pa, dependant on experience

Location: Sir Josiah Mason Trust

This is a new role and you would be joining SJMT at an exciting and critical time. We are looking for a Young Person’s Development Manager to join us and play an important role in relaunching our young people’s services.

We are looking for someone with huge enthusiasm for what we do and who can engage in our mission and purpose. Our ideal candidate will not only be passionate about understanding the experiences of young people, young people in the care system and those leaving care, but also skilled in generating and identifying opportunities; designing, managing and developing services as well as identifying and securing funding.

 

As you would expect, good communication skills are essential as you will need to be able to develop relationships with clients and explain research findings in a clear, concise and engaging way.

Salary: £8.40 - £9.05 per hour dependant on qualifications

With travel to the trust's three sheltered Housing Schemes.

                       

Administrator

Hours: 16 hours per week

Salary: £8,000 pa for 16 hours per week (£9.62 per hour)            

Location: Based at : Alexandra House, Olton, Solihull

Salary: £15,230 - £16,471 per annum pro rata, dependant on qualifications
