Hours: 20 hours per week

Salary: Salary: £45,000 to £50,000 pa pro rata

Job Role:

​We are looking for a special person who shares our values to join our senior management team at a time of exciting development and growth.  You will be a hands on senior manager with a proven track record in financial leadership.  The role provides an opportunity to shape the finance function and will suit a progressive individual looking for this kind of responsibility. 


Reporting directly to the CEO, the Head of Finance will lead on financial matters and be expected to provide critical financial information, insightful analysis and timely reporting and to facilitate the growth of an historic yet evolving, forward thinking charity.

Hours: 35 hours per week

Salary: £34,000 pa

Based: Solihull B27 6PF

Job Role:

The Business Development Manager is a brand new role which has been developed to enable us further our exciting plans and to facilitate the growth of the Charity.  The post holder will bring to the role vision, the ability to build relationships and work collaboratively and a successful track record of developing and delivering fundraising strategies and campaigns which have secured funds from industry, foundations, trusts and individuals.

Catering Services Manager

Hours:   Hours: 35 hours a week with the ability to work flexibly across the week.

Salary:  £25,840 pa 

Location: Olton, Solihull.

Hours: full or part time

Salary: £16,500 pa (full time)  

Location: Mobile role covering the West Midlands, with an office base at Solihull, B90

Domiciliary Care Assistant

Hours: Full Time / Bank Domiciliary Care Assistant position available

Salary: £8.40 - £9.05 per hour 

            dependant on qualifications

Location: Based at ; Alexandra Court, Olton, Solihull. With travel to the trust's three sheltered Housing Schemes.

Day Care Assistant

Hours: Full Time and Part Time Day Carer position available

Salary: £15,230 - £16,471 per annum pro rata

            dependant on qualifications

Location: Alexandra House, Olton, Solihull

Night Care Assistant

Hours: Full and Part time Night Carer position available

Salary: £17,700 - £18,618 per annum pro rata

            dependant on qualifications

Location: Alexandra House, Olton, Solihull

Bank Care Assistants

Hours: Casual

Salary: £8.40 - £9.05 per hour

Location: Alexandra House and Alexandra Court, Olton, Solihull
