Types of roles

Sir Josiah Mason Trust has a range of different roles available to suit people with a range of skills and we aim to bring out the best in our team members, helping them reach their potential by providing some rewarding career opportunities and excellent training and development.

Below is an overview of roles in different areas but to see our current vacancies please click here.

We provide residential care facilities and communities for our residents.

We are CQC registered and have high standards of professionalism with our teams. We are always looking for people with the right attitude and behaviours that align with our values to join our team, in roles such as housekeeping, kitchen, or care. If you can't commit to a fixed number of hours each week, you might want to consider being one of our bank workers.

if you have experience in managing housing or working as a support or wellbeing worker, you may want to consider roles within this team.

Working within our SHINE project we hire young persons support workers to support and improve the pathways of young people. For more information about SHINE click here.

Our support functions are wide ranging from maintenance and property management, to business support administrations, finance, health and safety and human resources

We are keen to hear from people who wish to volunteer for us. The ideal volunteer is someone who can support with resident events either regularly (weekly or monthly) or run one-off sessions. If you are someone who would love to mentor and/or present to our young people please get in touch. For more information about volunteering click here.
