As a registered charity with limited resources, we aim to maximise these in fulfilling our charitable objects. In buying or commissioning goods and services, SJMT aspires to implement good practice, operate fairly and transparently, obtain best value for money and procure ethically, taking into account environmental concerns.
Our suppliers play a crucial role in enabling us to achieve our charitable objects. We aim to work with suppliers who share our values and avoid business practices which harm the environment or individuals and communities.  This includes zero tolerance of modern slavery in all its forms:

Building Contractor Tender Opportunity

SJMT are looking for building contractors to tender for a flat conversion piece of work at our site in Olton.  We are looking for a company who can work with us to convert 3 bedsit flats into 2 larger flats. 

 

You will need to work with building control, our Estates department and be able to manage work within a busy housing scheme which is for older adults and therefore you must be able to demonstrate professionalism and ability to work on an active site.
