Barnaby Norris
Young People's Service Manager
Barnaby joined SJMT in November 2022 to launch and manage the Shine service.
In his spare time he enjoys watching football and listening to music.
Barnaby says:
"I am an overthinker, but I know at Shine I can be myself. I feel so lucky that acceptance and compassion are part of my job. I’m glad I work somewhere that understands that no two people are the same."
Helen Broughton
Young People's Supporter
Helen has 20 years of experience in public facing roles and is looking forward to working in a role where she can build relationships and make a lasting difference to young people.
In her spare time Helen enjoys spending time with family and in the summer, she loves camping.
Helen says:
‘Shine sounds like a great opportunity and I am happy to have started a role where I can give something back’
