Meet the Shine Team
Barnaby Norris
Young People's Service Manager
Barnaby joined SJMT in November 2022 to launch and manage the Shine service.
In his spare time he enjoys watching football and listening to music.
Barnaby says:
"I am an overthinker, but I know at Shine I can be myself. I feel so lucky that acceptance and compassion are part of my job. I’m glad I work somewhere that understands that no two people are the same."
Monique Dell-Miller
Young People's Supporter
Monique's role is Young Peoples Supporter. Her role is to offer 1-1 to young people referred into Shine.
Monique says:
‘In my spare time I have a passion for playing football, listening to music and writing my own songs.’
‘I am an outgoing, bubbly and friendly person whose goal is to reach out and help as many young people as possible. I am proud to work in a role where I can put the needs of others first and make a difference in someone’s life.’
