SJMT to represent the social care sector at King’s Coronation garden party

We are delighted to announce that our Deputy CEO, Zoe Richardson has been nominated by Skills for Care to attend the King’s Coronation garden party at Buckingham Palace on 3rd May and will attend with SJMT’s CEO, David Healey.

The prestigious event, held in the gardens of Buckingham Palace, is an important way for members of the Royal Family to speak to a broad range of people from all walks of life, all of whom have made a positive impact in their community. The event on 3rd May will be a particularly special one, being part of the Coronation celebrations, and is the first garden party King Charles lll will host as Monarch.

It is a true honour for Zoe to be invited to attend, and very well deserved owing to the work and campaigning she does for the social care sector. Zoe and David will not only be representing SJMT and YGTG at the event but also the social care sector itself and we hope they have a wonderful day!
