Please find below our new policy and procedure which explains how you can visit at both Alexandra House and Alexandra Court.

 

"I cannot stress enough the importance of you understanding these procedures and processes so that we can help facilitate you visiting your family member safely.

 

I am pleased to say that we are currently working on providing visitors pods in both services and they will be available as of next week.  In the meantime we can facilitate window and garden visits as the procedure suggests.

 

I hope that you will enjoy seeing your loved ones as much as I know they will enjoy seeing you."
