The CQC set out what good and outstanding care looks like and make sure services meet fundamental standards below which care must never fall. The Annual report for Alexandra Court in February 2019 has just been published for Sir Josiah Mason Trust. We are really pleased and proud to announce that we were awarded an overall  "good" rating again.

 

Their findings showed that  People's care and support had been planned proactively and in partnership with them. People felt consulted and listened to about how their care would be delivered. People were supported to have maximum choice and control of their lives and staff supported them in the least restrictive way possible.

 

 The service worked in partnership with healthcare professionals and families to ensure people's health care needs were met. People were supported to attend healthcare appointments to ensure their health and well being was maintained.
