Built in 2003 to full mobility standards, Ruth Patrick House has 8 flats large enough for double occupancy and designed to meet the needs of residents who have physical disabilities.

As Ruth Patrick House is situated on the same site as Mason House in Shirley, it means residents have access to all the facilities there including:-
