The Trust welcomes applications for residency from people aged fifty five and over.
Should you wish to apply for sheltered accommodation at any of our sites, you can request an application pack by telephoning our friendly customer services team on 0121 245 1002 or alternatively download an application form using the link below. The Trust keeps a waiting list of people who meet the eligibility criteria and who are interested in our accommodation.

Applications for Sheltered Housing in Solihull
We also work in partnership with Solihull Home Options with regards to our Sheltered Housing in the Solihull area, namely Mason Court in Olton and Mason House in Shirley.
