Domiciliary Care

Our experienced Domiciliary Care Team provide essential services in helping maintaining independence and allowing older people to stay in their own homes longer than might normally be the case. This has become a growing area of activity for the Trust as social care policy has shifted towards achieving this aim.

So, following a detailed needs assessment, our care team are able to visit elderly people in their own homes (on a regular basis) and undertake a wide range of personal care and support tasks. This might involve helping with the preparation of meals, shopping, helping with general housework, and personal care, e.g., assistance with bathing etc. We try wherever possible to use the same member(s) of staff for each client, so to provide continuity and the same friendly face.

We are able to provide a broad range of services for both our own residents, and also now for older people in the wider communities in the areas we operate in.
Our Domiciliary Care Service is of course registered with the Care Quality Commission and our staff are all appropriately trained and CRB (enhanced) police checked. We aim to provide excellent quality and reliable services tailored to the individuals need, and as a charity you can be assured that our fees will always be highly competitive.
